Amazon e-Gift Card Reward Program Terms and Conditions:
  1. Referring Party must be an existing Pestcor maintenance plan customer. Additionally, the Referred Party must sign up as a maintenance plan customer.
  2. Maintenance Plans include: Pro365 plans, Monthly General Pest, Termite Maintenance Plan, Mosquito & Tick plan, Monthly Rodent
  3. Reward(s) to Referring Party will be distributed within 30 days after the Referred Party has paid for and received their initial service.
  4. Reward to Referred Party will be distributed within 160 days after the Referred Party has received and paid for their initial service.
  5. Rewards are only valid in conjunction with a 1 year maintenance plan service agreement from Referred Party
  6. Rewards are only valid in conjunction with signing up for autopay from Referred Party
  7. If either reward-receiving Party cancels service within a year from receiving the $50 reward, a $50 charge will be added to the respective account and owed to Pestcor at cancellation.
  8. Rewards for both Referred or Referring Parties will not be paid out if there are outstanding balances due from either Party.
  9. Rewards will be sent via email or text message only. Physical gift cards will not be distributed. Alternative gift cards or cash rewards will not be offered.
  10. Pestcor reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time.
  11. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
  12. Referring Parties are limited to Ten (10) Referral Program Rewards per year.
  13. Referred Parties’ service locations must be within our service territories.
